A study of the founders of the main world religions in Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism and Sikhism.

Making Moral Decisions
A study of ethical theories and how they apply to wider issues such as racial prejudice and capital punishment. 
 
S4 - Core
Justice in the World
A study of the concept of justice and social justice from a Christian perspective. 
 
S5 / 6 – Intermediate 2 and Higher
World Religions.
A study of Buddhism, the challenges it has for its followers and the impact it has on the world. 
 
Morality in the Modern World
This topic looks at the relationship between religion and moral values. Pupils explore both gender stereotyping and economic issues. 
 
Christianity: Belief and Science
Is it possible to reconcile science and its methods with belief in a creator God? A study of different ways of understanding biblical texts, the origins of the universe and human life.
