VOLA's Voice

The Vale of Leven Academy are proud to be taking part in the BBC School News Report. This year our reporters are Alexis, Julia, Zuby, Lauren and Emma, we are very keen to give you the best news stories which we hope you will find interesting. Everyone in the group are very excited about becoming ‘mini-journalists’ and creating our very own news stories. We will create these stories through conducting interviews with different people such as Martin Compston about his life as an actor, Miss Clark (of the Social Subjects department) about organising the run a mile for sports relief, also interviewing some pupils for our ‘Onesie for Pudsey’ charity day.

We also researched all about the 2014 Winter Olympics and we also interviewed Mrs Chatterton from the business and computing department about the chocolate factory trip.

 

 

 
 
Vola’s Voice meets every Thursday lunchtime, during this time we learn a lot about the media.
