Vale of Leven Academy

is a non-denominational, co-educational comprehensive school near Loch Lomond which draws its pupils from the surrounding communities. The school was rebuilt in 2009 following the fire of 2002 when half of the old 1960s building was lost.

Welcome to the Vale of Leven Academy website – this website provides a variety of services for pupils and parents. Firstly it is a means of communication – it contains day to day information about the school incorporating the monthly parental newsletters, the twice-yearly VOLA View as well as up to date information from the annual school handbook. Secondly it celebrates the many successes of our pupils and includes information and photographs of many school activities and events. Thirdly is contains a wealth of study information for pupils with study skills materials, revision materials for individual subjects as well as useful links to other websites. We endeavour to make this site as comprehensive as possible, but please do not hesitate to contact the school if you have any questions.
