Welcome to the Geography Department

Geography studies the world's physical features, how it works and how people live on it. It looks at our weather, the environment and the forces that drive the planet, from tides to volcanoes.

As well as using maps and diagrams, learners will get involved in practical activities to help them observe Geography in action. They will develop skills in research, analysis, presentation and solving problems.

The Geography department is based in the extension building of the Academy.
