My name is Jean McIntyre, formerly Miller, and I attended Duncanrig from its opening in 1956 to 1959. I have been living in the North Glasgow area for the last 32 years but have one son living in EK. I remember having a group photograph taken on the stair well to go in a local paper re the opening of the school. Some of the original teachers were a Mr Johnstone, Geography, Mrs Cochrane, Mr Reid, Miss Weir, Miss Foy, English. Does anyone else remember that time?
